SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At ArmxniCo, we are proud to offer local fulfillment for our customers in the USA and Europe. Our products are printed and shipped directly from our partner facilities in the United States and the European Union to ensure the fastest possible delivery times and the highest quality.

 

1. Processing & Production Time

Since our products are made-to-order, they must go through a production phase before shipping.

Standard Production Time: 2–5 business days.

 During peak holiday seasons, production may take up to 7 business days.

 

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced and picked up by the carrier (USPS, FedEx, DHL, or local EU carriers), the estimated delivery times are as follows:

 

USA Domestic: 2–5 business days.

Europe (EU Countries): 3–7 business days.

Rest of the World: 10–20 business days.

Note: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves the facility.

 

3. Shipping Origins

To provide the best service, we route your order to the facility closest to your delivery address.

* Orders from US customers are typically printed and shipped from our USA facilities

* Orders from European customers are typically printed and shipped from our EU facilities or our USA facilities

 

4. Customs & Import Duties

Because we ship from within the USA and EU for those respective regions, most customers will NOT face any customs duties. However, if an order is placed from outside these regions (or if a specific item is out of stock locally and must ship from our international backup facility), the customer is responsible for any local import taxes or duties.

 

5. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If an order is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
